Maslon LLP is seeking attorney candidates with 3-7 years of experience to work in our Corporate & Securities Practice Group. Associates in this group practice primarily in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, private and public securities offerings and compliance, entity formation and governance, commercial contracting, drafting technology agreements and general business counseling. Candidates must be highly motivated and mature with a minimum of three years of relevant law firm experience, a commitment to transactional practice, proven superior academic performance, and excellent communication skills. Successful candidates are highly motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit who are looking to join a firm where they can build a practice for the long term.

2024 Trusts & Estate Counsel Attorney

Maslon LLP is seeking attorney candidates with 5+ years of experience to work in our Estate Planning Practice Group in a Counsel role. Candidates will focus on serving individuals and families, closely-held business owners and executives, as well as corporate and individual fiduciaries in all areas of estate and tax planning, business succession planning, and trust and estate administration. Qualified candidates will have strong drafting skills, good communication skills, client-facing experience, solid academic credentials, and the ability to work both independently and as a team while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Maslon is seeking a lateral attorney with significant counseling experience (5+ years).  Our lawyers represent employers in virtually all aspects of their employee and labor relations.  Qualified candidates must have significant counseling experience with superior knowledge of the law, a strong commitment to client service, the ability to work efficiently to help our clients problem solve, the ability to build rapport with clients, fellow attorneys and staff, communication and drafting skills that inspire the confidence of our clients, a willingness to generate publications and speak in public to help our clients stay on top of workplace developments. Depending on a candidate’s experience, the candidate will be considered for an associate, counsel or partner level position. The firm is willing to consider small groups for this position.

Real Estate Attorney

Maslon LLP is seeking one or more attorneys with 4+ years of experience to join the firm’s growing real estate transactions group. This practice includes all aspects of the real estate life cycle, including acquisitions and dispositions, real estate related finance, property development, commercial leasing, title and survey review, land use, and other real estate related matters. Candidates must have at least four years of relevant experience, a firm commitment to a real estate transactions practice, strong motivation and work ethic, along with excellent communication skills.  Depending on experience, candidate(s) will be considered for an associate, counsel or partner level positions. Real Estate Finance Associate 2024

Maslon LLP is seeking an Associate Attorney to serve in a hybrid position supporting the firm’s growing Financial Services and Real Estate Practice Groups. Ideal candidates will have at least 1-3 years of substantive commercial lending and/or commercial real estate transactional experience, including drafting and negotiating loan documentation, title and survey review, commercial leasing, and review of due diligence materials. Candidates will have a unique opportunity to work on a wide variety of complex commercial lending and real estate-related transactions in a collaborative environment among professionals who take the time and energy to support each other’s professional goals.  Experienced candidates with a background in either discipline and a willingness to expand their practice are encouraged to apply.
