Position(s) I am Applying for

Real Estate Attorney

Maslon LLP is seeking one or more attorneys with 4+ years of experience to join the firm’s growing real estate transactions group. This practice includes all aspects of the real estate life cycle, including acquisitions and dispositions, real estate related finance, property development, commercial leasing, title and survey review, land use, and other real estate related matters. Candidates must have at least four years of relevant experience, a firm commitment to a real estate transactions practice, strong motivation and work ethic, along with excellent communication skills.  Depending on experience, candidate(s) will be considered for an associate, counsel or partner level positions. The firm is willing to consider small groups for this position.

What sets Maslon apart is the quality of our relationships, with our clients and with each other. We are large enough to handle the most challenging legal matters, allowing us to sustain a diverse and sophisticated practice, yet we are small enough to recognize and respect the individuality of our clients, lawyers and staff. At Maslon, we emphasize excellence in the practice of law, while maintaining values of informality, diversity and friendship. Our recruitment objective is to hire diverse, well-rounded individuals who share these values. We are committed to the training and professional development of our new attorneys.

Since Maslon's inception in 1956, the founders made respecting and fostering diversity, equity, inclusion, and community involvement an expected practice within the firm—principles which the firm has proudly carried forward. In furtherance of those goals, Maslon is currently pursuing Midsize Mansfield Rule certification. The certification is a program administered by Diversity Lab, an organization that promotes innovative ideas and solutions to boost diversity and inclusion in the legal field. Mansfield Rule certification is another important component of our ongoing efforts to create more inclusive workplaces, recruit year-round for diverse candidates, and support and advance diverse lawyers.
